How do I open and close the flip?
On iPhone Duo, turn the phone sideways like a laptop and simply fold it: the real hinge is the flip. Closed, the outer screen shows the lid with the clock. On other iPhones, tap the closed phone or swipe the lid up; drag it down to close.
How do the keys work?
The left and right soft keys do what the words above them say. OK opens the menu, the green key calls and the red key goes back to the home screen. To text, press a number key several times to pick a letter (2 three times for "c"). # switches between Abc, abc, ABC and 123, and * adds a smiley.
Why does the app ask for my contacts?
So your real contacts show up in the flip phone's phone book and you can call them with the green key. Your contacts are read only on your iPhone and never leave it. If you say no, you get a demo phone book instead. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Contacts.
Are the calls real?
Yes. Calling a contact or a number you dial starts a regular call through your iPhone's Phone app. Contacts in the demo phone book only play a joke.
Can I answer calls or send texts from the app?
Not yet. iOS doesn't let apps answer incoming calls or send SMS in the background, so incoming calls still appear on the regular iPhone screen, and texts you write stay in the app.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Como abro e fecho o flip?
No iPhone Duo, vire o celular de lado, como um notebook, e dobre: a dobradiça de verdade é o flip. Fechado, a tela externa mostra a tampa com o relógio. Nos outros iPhones, toque no celular fechado ou arraste a tampa para cima; arraste para baixo para fechar.
Como funcionam as teclas?
As teclas de função da esquerda e da direita fazem o que está escrito acima delas. OK abre o menu, a tecla verde liga e a vermelha volta para a tela inicial. Para escrever, aperte a tecla do número várias vezes até a letra (o 2 três vezes para "c"). O # alterna entre Abc, abc, ABC e 123, e o * coloca um sorriso.
Por que o app pede acesso aos contatos?
Para seus contatos de verdade aparecerem na agenda do flip e você ligar com a tecla verde. Eles são lidos só no seu iPhone e nunca saem dele. Se você não permitir, aparece uma agenda de demonstração. Dá para mudar quando quiser em Ajustes > Privacidade e Segurança > Contatos.
As ligações são de verdade?
Sim. Ligar para um contato ou para um número discado faz uma ligação normal pelo app Telefone do iPhone. Os contatos da agenda de demonstração só fazem uma brincadeira.
Dá para atender ligações ou mandar SMS pelo app?
Ainda não. O iOS não deixa apps atenderem ligações nem mandarem SMS por conta própria, então as ligações recebidas continuam aparecendo na tela normal do iPhone, e os torpedos escritos ficam no app.
